Terms of Service By installing and using the MarketScraper Pro Chrome extension, you agree to these terms:
License: MarketScraper Pro grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for e-commerce data extraction in accordance with your plan (Free Trial, Monthly Subscription, or Lifetime License).
Digital Delivery: Upon successful purchase via Lemon Squeezy, activation license keys are delivered immediately and digitally via email and checkout confirmation screen. No physical shipment is required.
Acceptable Use: Users agree to extract marketplace data responsibly and in compliance with applicable platform rules and local regulations.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital software licenses, refund requests are governed by Lemon Squeezy buyer terms or honored within 14 days of purchase in case of technical issues that cannot be resolved.
Privacy Policy MarketScraper Pro is built with privacy-first standards:
Local Data Processing: All catalog extraction and CSV generation are executed entirely client-side within your browser. We never transmit, store, or sell your extracted data.
Personal Data: The extension does not collect your browsing history, credentials, or personal identity. Payment processing and billing information are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.
